Rules
These rules apply to everyone without exception. For your safety and the safety of others, the festival may ask you to leave site if you do not adhere.
Crowd Management
- Do not encourage moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, “walls of death,” or other hazardous audience activities.
- Security and Stage Managers may stop a performance to ensure audience safety.
- Do not invite audience members onto the stage or any structure.
- Artist management must acknowledge receipt of the Festival Show Stop Procedure and confirm compliance. Any deviation must be agreed with Senior Management in advance.
Health & Safety
- Comprehensive first aid is provided at all times.
- All accidents, incidents, and near misses must be reported to Artist Liaison immediately.
- Report anything unsafe promptly. The Event Safety Advisor’s decision is final.
Noise Management
- Noise levels are monitored by an independent contractor.
- Sound engineers must keep shows within set reasonable limits.
- If off-site noise exceeds limits, PA levels must be reduced until compliant.
- On-site amplified sound must remain within safe limits (to avoid headaches, hearing loss, and other damage).
