Procedures

Accessibility at Truck Festival

Truck Festival is committed to accessibility and works with Attitude is Everything.

Accreditation

  • Contact Artist Liaison for passes, guests, catering rider etc.
  • Online advancing form deadline: 27 June.
  • Eventree link will be issued to populate touring party details and allocate parking permits (editable up to event day).
  • Only event passes are acknowledged by security. Specific artist laminates are not valid.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.
  • Wristbands allow stage + dressing room access only on the day you play. On other days: General Admission only (no dressing room compound).

Pass collection: Artist Accreditation onsite, 08:00–21:00 daily.

Artist Catering

  • Provided via selected street food vendors.
  • Menus circulated in advance so orders can be made.
  • Range includes meat / veggie / vegan / GF.
  • Provide dietary requirements in advance.
  • Hospitality rider must be mutually agreed in advance (no exceptions).

Bus and Truck Parking

  • Vehicle passes required to enter site; collect from accreditation.
  • Overnight arrivals must be advanced (driver name, company, reg, vehicle type, ETA).
  • Limited power: 16A single or 32A three-phase for tour buses on your show day only (limited space; must be agreed in advance).

Closed Stage

  • Stages may be restricted outside your set (not a viewing area).
  • Closed stage must be agreed in advance.
  • If agreed: artist team provides additional passes required; festival production requires 30 additional passes for production crew; provide extra pass sheets on performance day.

Dressing Rooms & Backstage Facilities

  • Dressing rooms in Artist Village behind mainstage.
  • Each room includes table, chairs, heating, Wi-Fi, power points.
  • Buggy shuttles between dressing rooms and Market/Nest stages when required.
  • Showers/toilets near tour bus pad within artist compound.
  • Stage towels provided if advanced.

Guest List

  • Guest list tickets added via Eventree for allocation.
  • Valid for full weekend including camping.
  • Collect from box office onsite (ID required). Guests do not enter via artist entrance.
  • Charity donation: £35 weekend / £40 Thursday + weekend.
  • No guest car park.

Media Passes

  • Add publicist/photographer/videographer to personnel list for Artist Day wristband.
  • Must be submitted by 27 June (no last-minute requests).
  • Photo pit requires a Photo Pass; press passes do not automatically permit pit access.
  • Interviews in backstage press area.
  • Standard rule: first three songs, no flash.

Merchandise

  • 20% commission on all sales.
  • Register merch by Monday 14 July: https://form.jotform.com/251142890157052
  • Deliver merch to site Monday 22 or Tuesday 23 July (addressed to Truck Festival Merchandise Stand: FAO ‘Upstream Merch Tent’, Red Gate, Hill Farm, Steventon, Oxon, OX13 6AB).
  • Collect leftover stock before 22:00 Sunday 27 July or you may be charged courier costs.

Pit Management

  • Full-width mojo-type pit barrier installed; pit stewarded.

Pyrotechnics / SFX

  • Additional effects require explicit agreement one month in advance.

Radio Frequencies

  • All wireless equipment must use licensed frequencies.
  • Festival coordinates RF with Ofcom; touring RF must obtain spot frequencies from festival RF coordinator and use them on site.
  • PMSE spot frequencies charged at £17 per frequency (accounted for in settlement).

Soundchecks

  • Must be advanced, approved, and scheduled by Technical Production Manager.
  • May be public due to site/arena opening.
  • Headliners prioritised.

Line Check / Changeover

  • Standard changeover: 30 minutes unless specified otherwise.
  • Rolling risers available beforehand; load-in time will be communicated.

Touring Security

  • Touring security must be SIA accredited.
  • Artist Liaison Manager must be informed.
  • Touring security must liaise with event Security Manager prior to arrival.
  • Event Management instructions must be followed at all times.

Visas & Work Permits

  • Work permits required for non-UK citizens in touring party/band/crew.
  • Artist responsible for arrangement/cost unless agreed otherwise.

Wi-Fi

Production Wi-Fi available throughout site. Ask Artist Liaison Office for details.
